Just transfered them over to a new 35 cube. Used all live rock with new very fine sand. The nem they are usually in moved low againt the sand. Thats why im wondering if its just sand on them. My lawnmower blenny has no spot. Hmmm. Please help.

If its sand, it should drop off within a few hours. It does look like ich or velvet to me based on the photos. How long have you had these clownfish?

It could be ick, but it's pretty small. Velvet is another possibility. When did the first sign show up? How long have the spots been on them?

Ok, sorry i was sleeping. But first signs where when i took the picture. And ive had these clowns for 3-4 months. Always eat and never showed any weird signs. Only been in new tank with my live rock for 5 days. I set up new tank, new sand and my live rock from a 65 gallon tank i sold.

Parameters are all good. 0 amm, 0 nitrite, 0-5 nitrate. All inverts doing great. Just 3 bta's and snails and hermits. But definitely getting a cleaner shrimp or fire shrimp soon.

Are the spots still there now? If so, then you'll want to treat them. The cleaner shrimp will not be able to eat ick. It burrows under the skin and the shrimp can't get to it there. They mostly eat dead skin cells, so don't get one unless you really wanted one.

I'd recommend treatment. In this case I'd go with copper in a QT for all of your fish. Leave the display fallow for 76 days to cover either eventuality. There's also CP which is a better med to use(depending on the types of fish you have) if you can get a hold of it.
Here's info on both:
Copper
Chloroquine phosphate
