Is this Ich on my PJ Cardinal

Hi

Can people help identity if this is ich on my PJ cardinal?

I noticed couple weeks ago that he had this white fungle growth on his head (first pic)
I assumed this was lymphocystis as one of my wrasses used to have it.

now though the forehead has cleared but more white specks have appeared along the tail (see pics)

the fish itself is behaving normally. I have had it for around 6 months, and all the fish in the system have been through ttm.

the last fish that came into the system also went through ttm (dropped him in on 25 august) . Since then I have added more cuc

In the video, I didn’t see any solid signs of ich until the very end, after the blue tang passes by, I could see a few white spots.
However, the fish also has a split in its dorsal fin, so tough to say if the spots are ich, or just minor damage from another fish or something.
I’d just watch it for now - if the spots come and go every few days, and especially if they increase in number, it is more likely to be ich.

Thanks , the Finns are quite damaged. The spots themselves are getting bigger and puffier rather than spreading

I suspects it’s bacterial

That would sound more bacterial to me as well.
