Is this ich or a parasite??

Hi so i was glancing at my tank and i looked closely and saw super super small insect looking things crawling on my class…they are barely visible is it ich? im currently dealing with a huge ich outbreak…. video below makes it hard to see but if u look closely u can see it a little

Ich is microscopic so you wouldn’t see it on the glass. The parasite burrows under the skin to feed. The white dot you see on the fish is not actually the parasite.

what could it be then? i saw possibly it could be copepods?
