Is this ich or brooklynilla

I had this fish for almost a month but then I noticed that my clown had white spots on it at first I thought the fish got into a fight but with closer look i saw that is was something like ich

The picture isn’t quite clear enough, but that looks like an ich infection, pretty late in the infection. Do you have other fish? How do they look? Do you have a treatment tank?
I can see a hint of the fish’s spine that means it is pretty thin, that combined with late infection ich means you may not be able to save this fish.
