This is a pic of my green clown Goby that wouldent eat and eventually passed away, I’m not sure whether or not he had ich back then. It should’ve appeared on my other fish in the QT by now if it was actually ich. All he did all day was lay on the bottom, and as you can see in the pic it had some sand on it.

It looks like ich, but if sand got stuck to his mucous coat it would present the same way.

If it WAS ich, it would've shurley presented in another fish by now? its been well over 2 months since this pic was taken, no way ich could be in a qt for 8 weeks and not show up on any other fish in any symptomatic way? right?
Thanks again Humble.

What other fish do you have? IME; only Acanthurus Tangs are very likely to show trophonts (white spots) on the skin. With other fish, ich will sometimes just come & go from the gills unnoticed.

The firefish would be more likely to show symptoms than the clown, but it's not guaranteed to happen. Many people have an asymptomatic case of ich in their DT, and never know it until a "stressor event" occurs.

My Clown has been very stressed recently since she is practically starving from parasites. Wouldn't this trigger a visual response? Im also very surprised i haven't seen any flashing scratching or twitching.

Clownfish have an extremely thick slime coat, which protects them from many parasites. The only notable exception is Brooklynella.
