Is this ich or something bad?

Is this something to be worried about ? I first noticed white spots on the top of my clownfish two days ago. It later looked like damaged fin ( I’ve seen the other nipping at it). Now I see two spots on the other clownfish. Also my clownfish is pooping white it looks like? I feed frozen Mysis so it could be that. I’ve noticed no weird behavior except one of them shivering or dancing.

The spots on the fish look to big to be ich to be honest. The white poop would be from internal parasites. Focus+GC(General Cure) mixed in with your food should cure the internal issues. As for the spots I would do a 5 min fresh water dip to see if those spots fall off.

thank you. This is to rule out brook ? Do I just do it in fresh rodi water ?

Fresh water dip is an all around first response to relieve for fish. Flukes, Brook, Velvet, Etc. So just to make sure a freshwater dip will not hurt.
