My Blue Tang has some spots on it and is hiding more in the rock and my Melanurus Wrasse is staying in the sand i force it out once a day just to check if it's alive

I can see a few white spots on the tang that could be ich. However, it isn't severe enough yet to cause any real behavior symptoms, so something else may be going on at the same time.
