Hello, I was wondering if I could get some help with diagnosing my fish. I have a reefer 350 with an juvi emperor angel, sailfin tang, dusky wrasse, blue jaw trigger, cinnamon clown and a
Platinum clown. I quarantine all my fish but don’t have room anywhere for coral, on Black Friday I purchased a ton of coral and on Sunday I noticed what I thought was ick. Now what confuses me is it is only on the tang and angel, nothing else has any sign except the trigger. He has cloudy patches on his fins which is the only reason this made me think this isn’t ich.

Can you take pictures under white light? Ich on triggers often looks diffuse like that.

I would expect angels and tangs develop ich first, but the timeline seems very short to have been caused by the corals.

Can you take a look at the sticky thread at the top of this section, or below my name here, it gives hints as to additional info that helps us try to diagnose things.
