These look like seconds bacterial lesions associated with brooklynella and often confused with ich. You will have or likely noticed increased breathing respiration, loss of color and appetite as well as wierd swim pattern

You can use ruby rally pro in tank although other fish may be infected and advise is to do so in separate tank with added aeration

Will it affect any of my corals?

Ruby reef rally pro is generally OK for corals, they might be a little grumpy but in my personal use i did not lose any sessile inverts.

But each case is different! I'd suggest removal of all fish and treatment in a seperate QT sysyem

No - reef safe but I recommend to do in external tank so you can give your display tank a fishless cycle of at Least 4-6 weeks to allow any given diseases to die off without a host fish

Do not treat the display tank - Leave in the inverts and coral.
If you are doing the display tank with Ruby Rally - Risk is unhappy coral and full eradication of the issue. Be sure to monitor water quality during treatment
