I can just barely see a few spots so I would go with ich. If you can count the spots usually ich. Velvet is more of a dusting so many spots you can’t count them.

Zooming in it very much looks like ich. How long have you had the fish and any recent additions?

I don't have a qt and my lfs is closed. What should I do??

One week.
He was the last addition. Don't see any aggression between the other fish and him. Other fish include maroon clownfish, yellow tang, melanurus wrasse and snowflake eel.

Is there a way to treat for right now??

If your gonna ride it out first thing is to have pristine water then keep them well fed with a variety of quality frozen foods. Ich is now In your system so chances are another fish or two will show visible signs of it. Within a couple weeks or so if water conditions are pristine and you keep them well fed they should all be ok. The other option is to take all the fish out of the tank and leave it fishless for a few months and put all the fish in a quarantine tank and treat them. I haven’t quarantined or treated fish for ich in the last 20 years, my current tank has/had ich although I haven’t visually seen it in a couple of years all my fish have had it and are living a good life so don’t worry to much about not having a quarantine.

Thanks. Hopefully they will be alright. Will visit my lfs early tomorrow morning.

Just don’t buy any of the so-called reef safe ich treatments as they don’t work. If you end up getting a quarantine tank you’re gonna need a couple since you will need to pull all your fish out for a few months and the eel can’t be in copper plus no need to medicate any fish that don’t have it. Copper is your only option to eradicate the ich from the infected fish then stare at the empty dt for a few months.

Well since I just got the fish I wonder if the lfs will take it back.
