Looks like advanced stages of ich. Are they breathing fast? how is appetite, how long did it take for the spots to spread?

Ich life cycle is 3-7 days on the fish so it takes longer for the parasite to consume the fish vs. velvet, its life cycle is much quicker and attacks the gills causing excessive breathing, swimming into power heads, lack of appetite and hiding away from the light.

It would be great if you could answer the questions in the link In my signature. It's impossible to tell 'for4 sure' - but it looks like Cryptocaryon (ich). In either case the treatment is copper in QT - for that fish - and all of the others - and a fallow period for your tank. PS sorry about the fish

That’s marine ich. Make sure you get some bio filtration for your QT, you don’t want to be chasing ammonia issues while treating ich. If you have any non calcareous filter media in your DT, you can use that.
For a treatment, I’d suggest Coppersafe at the full 2.5 ppm dose for 30 days and keep you DT fishless for 45+ days.

Hi guys it was quick. Wednesday night thy were fine and eating. Thursday after work thy were like the pics. Today unfortunately thy did not make it. My other fish looks like it's starting. Going today to get a QT tank only have 4 small fish in the tank.
I have sechem matrix in my sump should I take some out and put it in the QT tank ?
Also is it best to leave my tank no fish just coral and clean up crew for the 100 days before putting the fish back?
MnFish1 sorry can't find you link to questions.
Thanks for all your help guys really appreciated it .

Agree with others on diagnosis and treatment.
Media from the dt can be used.
100 days works (longer than typical fallows but will ensure everything is dead).

Also Google gives me conflicting info.
Some say 6 weeks fish less is góod others say 97 days. What is a safe time to make sure everything is safe to put fish in.

That's because there is no good scientific studies as to the length of time needed. It is also temperature dependent - warmer water clears the infection more quickly. Here is some discussion on this topic:
