Looking at size and locations of dots, it does appear to be ich. I prefer treatment with this type of fish to be General cure but copper will be more effective of course in a quarantine tank. Therapeutic treatment level for coppersafe - Not cupramine at treatment level 2.0 to 2.25. Maintain good water quality especially ammonia levels and add aeration with use of air stone.

I figured. I’m just a year in on this tank.Looking at size and locations of dots, it does appear to be ich. Thanks for the info…

Yeah, none of them are showing any signs of anything. My QT tank broke so I guess I’ll try and find one tomorrow for cheap.Any other fish in the tank?
Keep an eye on others as they are likely exposed. Qt tank can be a setup from second hand store or a starter tank kit from Walmart which has most of the essentialsYeah, none of them are showing any signs of anything. My QT tank broke so I guess I’ll try and find one tomorrow for cheap.
we’ll, the fish hasn’t been scratching on the rocks anymore. So maybe the flukes have been taken care of. If it’s scale damage from the rubbing would that clear up on its own over time? This could be ich, but it could also be scale damage (you said the fish was "running on the rocks") due to scratching for flukes. In rare cases, fish can have both issues at the same time.
General Cure works for flukes but does not work well for ich. Coppersafe works well for ich, but not flukes. You can dose Prazipro and Coppersafe at the same time in a quarantine tank. You can dose Prazipro in the display tank, even with invertebrates present. If you don't have invertebrates, or can move them out, you could run the tank at low, hyposalinity and deal with both flukes and ich.

Maybe I’ll do an ich treatment just to be safe.
Thanks
