Is this ich!!!

I got a uv and have never had any cases of ich just randomly I was looking and saw these dots on my hippo tang. What do I do is it really ich?


Also how do I paste photos???

On my screen, in the edit box (where I'm typing now) there's a little button in the middle of the top row that looks like a picture with mountains - that's how to add a picture (or I guess you can just drag the file into the edit box too!)
