Is this ich?

Hi all

Hoping someone will be able to confirm whether this is ich. Only one of my clowns seems to have these spots all other fish look fine. All fish are eating and behaving as expected. Had an outbreak of brook last year so any little issue panics me now

Maybe? Kind of looks like ich but its kinda hard to tell what you are looking at when everything is 3 shades of the same color.
