Is this ich?

Ok all my fabulous, brilliant reefers...all the spots on the tomini are totally gone. In what, 24 hours? Do I assume I am crazy or start to treat for ich or wait to see what happens?! You can faintly, very faintly see the spot by the dorsal fin but the pectoral fin is clear.

99% chance it's ich. In a week you'll know for sure.
