Doesnt look like ich to me. Ich is bigger than that.is this spot I circled ich? I can't tell if it's just the design or if it is.
Possibly? It's difficult with a fish patterned and colored like a starry blenny . . .
Watch the spot. If it stays for 2-3 days, then vanishes - it may be ich. If it falls away more quickly than that - it may be sand. If it's still there a week and a half from now - it's one of the blenny's "stars".
