I noticed this white spot on the side of my clown today and waa wondering if it is ich there's only one spot fish is breathing and swimming fine as well as eating I did also notice some white stringy poop indicating possible internal parasites just need some input on the spot my clowns were quarantined when put into my dt but I had a bad outbreak of dino in the dt and had to take it down when I removed the clowns from the dt the clown with the spot looked like he had lumps on him but since he was put in the qt they have disapered any input would be appreciated thank you

Can you post additional pics?

Hard to tell from that pic alone.

Clowns are also tricky to diagnose as early stage Brook can look very similar to ich. Brook is also most common in clowns.

I see a tiny spot behind tape on the tank, i cannot tell if lymph or ich it looks pretty large.

White stringy poop is always internal parasites. Add metroplex and seachem focus to the food for 10-14 days.

It is pretty large idt it is raised I will try for a better picture it's hard to capture one without him moving
