Definitely appears to be ich. I agree with @Reefing Madness
Do you have a QT?
Few options here...
Easiest option is copper. Blue hippos don't so we'll in CP so that's out.
I like to use copper power and the Hanna checker.
You can also use hypo or TTM, which can be more difficult than copper.

You will want to treat all of your fish in QT and allow your DT to be fallow for 76 days.
