Do the spots seem to move around?
I would recommend a 5min FW dip, and see if they come off. If so then you can treat with prazipro or general cure.
If no flukes detach it will be back to the drawing board.

I did the dip in a black bowl. I dont see anything in the water or on the bottom of bowl. The raised spots on the outside of skin are gone but you can see where they were.Do a 5 min FW dip and see if any drop off like in the video here: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/freshwater-dip.248898/
