Is this ich?

My blue tang is in a bad way. She has been hiding for a few days and finally came up out and was acting weird:

I thought she was developing a mild case of ich a few days ago, but she is a lot worse now.

Lying on her side and not moving much. Still breathing though.

Have her in quarenteen and started the water change treatment for ich?

Does it look like ich to you guys?
