okay so my small clown has a ripped fin, pajama cardinal has a torn mouth, and my big clown has spots on the side, my small clown is breathing more rapidly and not as active. My small clown is rubbing against the rock and swimming low.

Pics aren’t clear enough to tell, but are the spots raised like sugar stuck to his sides? Or more of a dusting? I would start with a FW dip to check for flukes

The fish are eating like dogs and I do occasionally see the clown rub up against rock which may explain the ripped fin. It's not really a dusting it's 3-4 white spots that are clearly visible. It's spread out through the Body. I've had one ich outbreak before so it might have come back

I’d suspect flukes, and if you’ve had ich in the tank before chances are it is still there. It can live on for quite some time as long as fish are present for it to feed on.

I’d remove the fish to QT, with a freshwater dip in transit to check for flukes. Once in QT, if flukes are present they will need treated with praziquantel (2 doses, 5-7 days apart) and copper, ramped up to therapeutic slowly and held there for a least 30 days. After 30 days, copper can be removed with carbon and water changes, and the fish should be observed med free for the remainder of your fallow period.

The display should be kept fallow (fishless) for 76 days to allow the ich time to starve itself out.

I qt for 4 months when I get ich so probably not. I tried freshwater dip and couldn't see flukes. The breathing has gotten more rapid. They are still eating and swimming. I turned off lights to lower stress I'm setting up a qt and it should be good to go by Tomorrow. I ordered paraguard and I am gonna use cuparmine with a slightly lower salinity for higher air in the water. But should I be worried this is clownfish diesease(Brook) because none of the other fish are affected

Did that couldn't really see any flukes. Fish breathing is more rapid but there still eating, sleeping, and swimming. Whitish spots are appearing near the head so I've elliminated flukes, ich, Brook, and velvet, remains. All other fish are unaffected so I think it's Brook so just in case it is I ordered paraguard.

I don’t see anything that looks like brook in those photos...but, not to say it’s not early stages. If it is, it will likely progress pretty quickly...
