I’m thinking this is ich on my Atlantic Tang. The best pic I could get. Can anyone verify? Thank you

Will it spread to other fish? I have a trap ordered. Don’t think I can catch it without a trap.

If the spots are raised a bit, cottony/fibrous or cauliflower in texture, it's probably Lympho. Best treatment is pristine water quality, a large variety of healthy foods + vitamins like Selcon and the best is to add Beta Glucan to the fish's diet. It will really boost the fish's immune system and suppress the virus. Info on BC below:

Thank you. Yes it seems more raised and thicker texture than I’ve seen in ich in the past. Any tips on how to add it to food. I feed rods fish food and new life spectrum probiotix.

There's a couple of ways to add the BG:
Mix with Focus + food + BG or
Mix with Masstick + food + BG. This works great for fish that like to "hunt and peck" like angels, for example.
