If they don't rapidly spread in the next day or so, it is Crypto (Ich is the abbreviation for a freshwater parasite), it should be treated in a separate quarantine system.

Maybe ick or cyrpto give him a FW dip and move him too qt to treat with Praxipro and Herbtana he should bounce back

Praziquantel is not effective against Cryptocaryon. Yes it needs to be moved to a quarantine system but will need to be treated with something stronger, CP if available but copper is most effective
