Is this ich?

These two fish are all thats in tank.
been in tank for about a week.
first fish in tank
never had spots before.

Is this ich? The spots are very had to see side on, you have to catch them at an angle with the light to see them.

If ich. Is there any treatment precaution while using api general cure with focus to treat for white stringy poop?

Any input is appreciated.

My powder brown tang decided to get it after having him for over a year without any issues. Had carpet cleaners come in and it must have ticked him off and he said "screw it, now ya gotta deal with ich" lol jerk

Looks like ich, best to pull and qt them with copper. Tank will have to sit empty for atleast 76 days

I got a hospital tank set up today and copper on the way.
Won't get here until Wednesday at the soonest. I hope that soon enough.

Fish eating well so I'm feeding quite a bit so they keep their strength. Only one has spots present so hopefully the other is a little better off at this point.

Is there anything I can do in the interim to help them without copper? I really don't want to kill these stupid fish, they trusted me.
