Nope, is likely just a superficial wound (scrape from rocks) or could be a fungal infection. We’ll see what others think though

It's hard to really see, but it doesn't look anything like ich. More than likely is scraped itself against a rock.

Agreed it looks like a scrape, but keep an eye on it for the next few days. If it starts getting bigger/worse consider that the wound may have gotten infected. If it gets smaller/heals you’re good
