Will this coral be dead soon I'm scared to take the anemone off, don't want to break the coral.

Maybe you could direct some water flow at it to make it move...

The parts that the anemone touches will surely die if they're being stung, and you can frag it and try to save it if you want.. or take the anemone off with ice cubes made of R/O water or rubbing the foot of the anemone until it comes off..

I've had anemones touch sps with no problems. I'd ride it out and try to get the nem to move.
