I’m about to set up a reefer 250 and my floor is sorta wonky. This is the best spot I’ve found on the wall where I want the tank. Is this level enough?

Honestly... you are probably good with that, I would recommend buying some shims from your hardware store to get it a little closer, though.

Also, see if you get the same level reading on the floor in that spot. Maybe whole foundation is like that, if so, you won't be as concerned with any flexing or twisting.

Either way, I still vote shims.

The stand has little rubber studs on the bottom so it seems like it’ll be sorta difficult to level with shims

Maybe remove rubber studs on that side, then you can shim the whole side of the tank if I am imagining what you are describing properly.

The hardware store also sells larger rubber studs, maybe get something a little bigger on that side to bring it up.

Oh, another idea, you could potentially shim the tank itself square and leave the stand how it is if you are concerned about the rubber foot situation.

Just use plastic shims and not wood for obvious water related reasons.

I would correct it to 100% - Reason. . . over time it will shift slightly. You don't want a shift on an already slightly off angle

Thanks for the advice everyone, I used some composite shims this morning and took care of it.
