Is this light good enough for a 12 x 12 refugium

I have the 26inch trigger emerald sump and want to put a refugium in the center area wondering if it gonna be enough to effectively work.

I have the 26inch trigger emerald sump and want to put a refugium in the center area wondering if it gonna be enough to effectively work.

How big of an area is the refugium going to be? Not sure this will be enough at only 12 Watts of power.
