Is this lighting okay

So I order this light on Amazon I thought it was a Mars aqua light 300w the reviews seemed fine and when it got here it’s a Mars hydro made in China kinda got scammed :/ would this be okay for anenome it’s super bright blue or it’s does white or white and blue just using this set up temperately until i get something to hold it

Very hard to tell being at an angle in the photo and with heavy blue effect.
Does it have blue-white-red-green and moonlights?
