Had this regal for over a month. He went through TTM and prazi, and is now in my DT.

He was doing very well and eating well still.. But I just noticed a big white spot on his tail.. Confirm, is this lymph or something else?

It looks too big to be ich. I lean towards lympho myself as well. How long has it been there? If it doesn't fall off within a week, and get's larger, then it's definitely lympho. :)

+1 looks like lympho to me too. Nothing really you can do for it. Just make sure the fish is eating well, keep stress down and you might want to add selcon to it's food. It'll go away but it'll take time.

This is a very common place for lymph in regal angels in quarantine. :)

Looks like lymph to me. Don't be surprised if it spreads to other areas of the tail and pectoral fins over the next week.

also if possible use a uv filter to keep the virus from spreading.
