Is this Lymphocystis? Or am I wrong? Looking at area highlighted.

Got a lucky frontal view. It's white, a little irregular, not a perfect oval.

In a qt tank with a naso purchased on the same day from the same tank in the store. Didn't see the spot until today but I left the fish with only my wife to feed and do a water change while I was away for work for 5 days. Naso is a hog, eats all the nori rubberbanded to the rock. The salfin barely gets anything to eat. I just got a nori clip with a mesh that the salfin seems to be able to get into easier. Started with copper in the qt now at 1.8ppm

Oh, naso isn't exhibiting any signs of illness. I think the salfin is getting skinnier, but I thought that was maybe the greedy roommate. Preparing the second qt to move the naso out,so the salfin can eat in peace.
