Is this Lymphocystis?

I put one post up but didn’t get responses so li just want to make sure what this is before I treat him. Here are some pictures it’s almost like how flesh is being eaten away, got him one week ago and put him in quarantine and yesterday I noticed this. Ignore the white spots that’s from the water

I can't tell from the picture and I am no expert on fish disease but IME lympho usually manifests on the fins more so than the body of the fish. And as I understand from reading there really isn't a cure for it, other than feeding a good diet so the fish fights it off, if it is lympho.
