Is this lymphocytosis?

This guy’s been through 2 doses of Prazi and 2 weeks in copper. He’s never displayed any signs of illness till now. Noticed these spots today. He’s in a 45g w nobody bullying him. I will observe to ensure spots don’t fall off and return ie it’s not Ich.
Water conditions since I got him have been pristine. He’s living in an ideal environment w proper nutrition.
Lots of contradictory info about if I should isolate this guy. What are your thoughts?
Also, read the virus does after a week w no host. Is this true?
would love to hear about your experience w this virus and any advice you may have. Thanks

I should add that no other fish in his tank are displaying any signs of disease at all.
