Is this macro algae

Got a coral frag and I noticed a green hair looking thing an I thought it was green hair algae but it looked nothing like it just want to know if anyone can see if it is and maybe identify it?

I also noticed growth on it too from when I got it in

It's certainly algae. You can try removing it with tweezers or doing a H2O2 dip.
