Is this micron filter okay?

Will this micron filter work? I have the BRS RODI. 50 for 60 bucks lol. The water in FL makes quick use of these so I’m wondering if these will work or should I get a better quality one?

What size micron is your carbon filter?
If its 1 micron then these should be just fine.

You can try to install a 5 micron prefilter in front of your 1 micron if its clogging too quick and reducing PSI on the system.
