Is this Mushroom healthy?

I’m new to keeping ric’s - is this one ok and healthy. I’m not sure if it’s expanded or not??

Also can someone tell me, probably once every couple of days it shrivels up for an hour - that usual?

it’s in low light, low flow

Looks good to me. Id keep light intensity the same but move it to spot with a little less flow. After it acclimates for a few weeks you can start creeping it out into more light .
Likes the light its in now though

Thanks @LRT, it’s been in the tank a few months but it’s very sulky, the other mushroom never change shape !!

if it doesn't like where it is long term it will disconnect, if it is attached to something, and sit some where on the bottom it likes.

Yeh annoyingly it was detached when I bought it. It’s on the sand so attached to the sand now

Ok thought it was new shroom.
Find a spot a little less flow and little more light. How I judge light intensity is shrooms will lay flat and sprawl out in correct light intensity. Or they will cup and reach for light in not enough light.
Yours looks OK in light its in.
Keep in mind shrooms will shrink up and do wierd stuff everyonce in awhile and its usually a sign they are making a baby.

Ok cool, will do!! It seems to pull its skirt underneath it a lot - is that normal or is that what you mean by cup? I’ve tried it in every position but he never seems happy, I’ve left him alone for a while now though

Probably because its on sand. Id super glue to plug or disc and leave in same spot see what he does. It looks happy otherwise.
