Is this mushroom healthy

Before vs after. I'd this ricordea moving or is it unhealthy. It just split and left 2 baby's behind. Maybe it's because it wants to make space? Nevermind the coloyr btw. One is just taken in night. It's the same colour

Overall looks good. Lights may be a tad bright. Provide moderate light and water flow, occassional feedings and nitrates < .5
