Is this new tank syndrome?

Hey reefers, I recently completed the cycle in my Fluval Evo 13.5 (so what I think) and it was going well until today I started to get a ton of brown algae. Is this completely normal? I have my clean up crew, 1 ACAN frag I got today, and 1 GSP frag I also got today(not opened yet)

Completely normal! This is what everyone goes through when you start a brand new tank. Just let the tank adjust by itself with no adjustment and I would recommend doing a water change (20%) 2 weeks after the day you started
