Nems deflate for many reasons, some normal, some not.

He’s stuck and that’s a good sign.

Tanks bin running 1yr nearly 2

With BTAs it could take them a couple of weeks to settle in. Unlike other anemones, I don't worry about BTAs when they deflate, as long as they re-inflate within a couple of hours.
