Is this normal fish poop? Parasites?

My wrasse has been bouncing off the rock recently. I’ve been treating him for parasites with prazipro due to this poop found in the tank and he has been doing it a lot less which seems like it’s working. The poop has white spots in it which is concerning me. Is this a sign of parasites or is this normal looking?
