About a week ago I bought a torch coral. I dipped it and acclimated it to the light. It generally stays open all day and retracts at night. My only issue/concern is a part of it seems odd. The tentacles are darker in color and don't seem to retract out that far. I'm new to this and a little concerned that it could be bad. It was at one point next to a piece of live rock and I'm not sure if it rubbed against it or what.
I've tested the water and everything is what it needs to be. I have moved it down from the live rock to see if that helps. I just want to know what's going on so I don't worry, haha.
Thanks!
