I have had this scoly for about 8 months now. I have posted pics of it here before. It has always just looked like your typical orange and purple warpaint. The last couple of days it has looked creased and blobby. Nothing has changed. I have hydra 64hd light set to what BRS recommends for lps.

Ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate- between 5-10
Phosphate- 0.03
Ph- 8.0
Alk- 9.2
Mag-1350

Now, is located to the corner of the tank. Do you think that it is not getting enough light? I fed it and it eats and doesnt look to be receding or have any damage.

They don't like much light. So I wouldn't say it's after more. Just looks fat n happy to me. As long as it's getting regular feedings you should be fine. Hydras are strong, so if anything it might be getting too much light.

I fed it this morning. Maybe it's just trying to digest the food or poop. I feed Fauna Marin LPS pellets. As for my hydra I have it set pretty low. Highest channels are only set to 40. But everything else including my other scoly are fine. But that one is in the center directly under the lights.
