Is this normal for a torch?

Hey guys recently got into torches but just today noticed some of the polyps are looking stumpy. Is this new growth or is this damaged from fish or flow?

Looks ok. If it was damage from to much flow it wouldn't be extended everywhere else. Doesn't look like damage from fish. Some tentacles will be shorter sometimes. Look at the base where the flesh meets the skeleton it should be covering the skeleton and be "fleshy" white and healthy. A pic under white light might help someone notice something more.
