Depending on what else is in your tank will mean either move the frag up or turn up the lights

I wouldn't change my lighting for one frag assuming everything else in the tank is currently happy. If that one wants more lamp, move it up the rock or to higher par.

I am not sure I just got back from vacation, so a week max but I just noticed today. Tank is not that old 3 months ish. Only other corals in the tank are zoas, gsp and some ricordias. Everything else seems happy. I just wiped the lights down. They had a little salt spray on them. Will keep a eye on the the next few days.

Agree with the others. If everything else is fine, I would leave the lights as is. Definitely don't make full tank changes for one frag. Moving up the rockwork would be my recommendation as well. Or just wait it out a bit and see if they shorten. The lengthening doesn't mean they aren't healthy and they are not necessarily being harmed.

I have seen my zoas do this when feeding or if I agitate them. They get the bell shape and then return back to normal after a half hour or so. Not sure why they do it but I haven't seen any negative effects.

I did just scrape the glass yesterday it was pretty coated with algae.

I am unsure because I was not at my house for 9 days. Just.got back from vacation scraped the glass yesterday and just noticed today.

Those are gobstoppers. I have jillions of them.
They turn bell shaped when they are at the limit of their light exposure.
Since not all of them are doing this they are fine. If they all turn bell shaped it wouldn't hurt to move them to a slightly lower .
