All the new polyps on this Acan are not red and yellow like the original. Is this normal? I think the blasto in the back has a polyp that looks orange instead of red. Everything is growing fine could the led and t5 combo I'm using be the difference in color?

I don't think that's the same acan!!!! Maybe had a hitchhiker polyp????? Coral can change color, but from the photo that baby is VERY BRIGHT GREEN compared to the rest. I know it has something to do with the zooxanthellae but that's above my pay grade!

Photo is pretty much dead on what I see. I've just always used LED first tank with t5 also. I'm at a loss. Was thinking different one all together but if so they are taking over. There is 3 more babys on the backside the same color.

New polyps growth Micromussa can be brighter as the grow and sometimes have even crazier colors then the adult head
That's what I figured I'd just never seen them so different in my experience. Also where can I get some of those pictured??? They are really nice lol!
