Is this normal hammer coral behavior?

Hey so I've noticed my hammer coral tips look like they're falling off. But only the very tip and only on a small section. Is this normal? Are they splitting or unhappy? The coral overall is thriving and nothing has changed or been off schedule.

What type of flow do you have it in ?
 
I can't imagine it being a flow issue since its isolated to a very small portion of the coral. But I could be wrong

Two clowns, chromis and a royal gramma. The gramma was actually introduced around the time I started noticing this
