Yes three green chromis and two clown. Couple of hermit crabs.

Algae issues are a perfectly normal stage of cycling and you can expect different phases of it for the first 6-12 months. From your parameters, you are heading in the right direction and over the next few days you should see your nitrates dropping significantly.

Yup. Green hair algae stage and some diatoms. May not look like it but give it 48 hours. If you’d like, you can be proactive and start brushing it off with a new toothbrush to keep it minimal as it takes its course.
