This is glass.. I'm not sure if it's the seal just shaped akwardly.. it's brand new 30h aqueon

Tank busting = nightmares in this hobby

Ah, didn't realize it was glass... Looks hinky, if it's brand new and just filled I'd exchange it... Seriously better safe than sorry

U don't think it's just the way the seal was smeared on... it doesn't look like a crack or cracks

Now is the time to do something... Any kind of questionable seal has a risk of failure. And once you have pumps and circulation going it just adds more stress to the tank.
It may be fine for years, then again it might not... Up to you if you ant to chance it.

What you see is where the Silicon didn't adhere to the glass.
