New tank, first added mated pair of clownfish, then few weeks later added a fire hawkfish and 12 line wrasse.

The mated pair of clowns are typical, always within a couple of inches of each other. The 12 line wrasse is normally swimming with them within a couple of inches as well. He does occasionally leave to go check on the hawkfish and fire red shrimp, but then back to the clowns. Is this normal behavior?

Nothing in the video looked odd to me, wrasses of that type will usually stick with other tank mates either for aggressive reasons or out of curiosity. They are the busy-bodies of the Wrasse world and they have to know what's going on in the tank at all times. Regardless of what is actually going on, since we can speculate all day about it, I don't think this behavior is anything to be worried about :)
