Is this normal

Bangai cardinal is with me over a year and always ate mysis shrimps...for last 3 days he is not eating and his tummy looks bursted...all other fish and inverts are doing great...no new addition in last 6 months.
Here’s the picture...zoom on it tummy...note that this is the only cardinal fish in my tanks other are tangs, clowns and angels ...

It looks like a rectal prolapse:

Identified by a protruding anus, a rectal prolapse can be caused by constipation, straining or even unknown parasitic infection. Thanks that might be it!!! Is it contagious? Will other fish be affected with it? I inspected rest of the fish they look perfect but still want to make sure that this disease is non contagious...
